Experience in raising and listing Debt and Equity Capital on the relevant market within European Stock Exchanges
Setting of an Investment Advisory Firm in EU
Must be able to develop a Business Plan

Setting up and Managing Investment Banking Outfit in EU
Setting up and Managing Money Remittances Firm in EU
Open representative offices across the EU and Especially in France, Germany, and Netherlands

Key Responsibilities:
1.Support the group in originating and executing various equity and debt capital raising deals.
2.Liaising with the regulatory bodies.
3.Develop regional business plan
4.Offering of Investment Banking and private Banking services such as Wealth and Asset Management, Sales and Trading (equities), Advisory services and digital banking to various clients
5.Conduct preparation and review of materials used in the financing of clients.
6.Create presentations for client portfolios.
7.Affinity for current events, critical issues, and relevant news.

1.Minimum of 15 Years in Investment Banking out of which 5 years must be in top management posit
