Takadao is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager responsible for generating new business opportunities by developing relationships within the web3 and takaful industries. He/She is expected to establish relationships with potential new partners, research possible accounts within targeted markets, and pursue leads. He/She understands their target markets and collaborates with other teams to ensure business development requirements are met. He/She will attend and lead business meetings with prospective and current partners, alongside promoting the company's products and services.

This is a full-time remote position.

What you offer

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Business Administration, Business Management, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
A critical thinker with good negotiation skills.
Able to collaborate and demonstrate sound time management and judgment skills.
Possesses strong business acumen.
Has good leadership skills.
Collaborate with team members to meet and improve upon goals and solve problems.
Preferably has a robust pipeline of contacts to network within the web 3 and takaful industries.
Preferably has experience with working online remotely.

Your tasks

Key Responsibilities:

Define target markets, identify and qualify new business opportunities.
Lead the development and management of strategic partnerships.
Create a framework for how to prioritize new business ventures.
Develop a framework to accelerate a digital go-to-market strategy that enables products, service offers, and business models to scale quickly to meet market demand.
Monitor and evaluate activities, services, and products of the competition.
Maximize critical relationships to create synergies, alliances, and opportunities.
Prepare and deliver proposals as well as business presentations.
Identify and attract new partners.
Execute project plans and support partners post-launch.
Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events, and presentations.
