What you offer

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Digital Product (UX/UI) Design
Capable of generating ideas and prototyping concepts that are anchored in research insights, subject knowledge, technology requirements, and business goals
Extensive experience with establishing and managing branding, style guide, and design systems
Self-starter who can prioritize tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
He/She has an exuberant passion for the power of simple and straightforward design and an “anything is possible” mindset
Effective communicator who can facilitate, write and is comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders
Passionate about improving the experience of users
Has extensive experience in gamification.
Experience in planning and conducting effective design sessions and discovery workshops including meetings with stakeholders and clients
Preferably has experience in the web 3 industry and Decentralized Applications (dApps).
Preferably has experience with working online remotely.

Your tasks

Conduct user research
Creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback
Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups
Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns, and attractive user interfaces
Designing UI elements such as input controls, navigational components, and informational components
Creating original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, and tables)
Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
Collaborating effectively with product, engineering, and management teams
Incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design in order to enhance user experience
Ensure the layout, content, and interactions create an intuitive and easy-to-use user experience
Participating in translating complex ideas into understandable concepts that evolve and enhance the product experience through discovery, brainstorming, whiteboarding, and iteration
Championing prioritization of design-centered product enhancements grounded in research and analysis
